Refund policy

 Return, refund and exchange policy (For prepaid orders)

 

1) We have a 24 hours return policy for AArika products starting from the time you receive your purchase.

2) We DO NOT offer exchange on any of our once sold products. 

3) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt/invoice copy of purchase.

4) A return/refund is only eligible if the product is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. “Did not like the product” is a reason we do not entertain. Sizes of each of our products are also mentioned in our product specifications, we do not accept return requests claiming size issues.

5) For Hand-Block printed products, if you notice any imperfections in the prints or slight ink stains, that is natural because of the process involved in hand block printing. Hence we do not accept returns/refunds for these reasons. The artisans use vegetable, azo-free dyes in the traditional hand block printing process.

6) Actual colors may slightly vary due to different screen resolution of each phone/computers and light settings. Hence, reasons like “the received products all brighter/dull than in pictures” are not eligible for return/refund. 

7) To initiate a return, please message us on 8445635177 or email us on aarikadecor@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the AArika products. We will schedule a pick up to the same address of delivery. Once the return has been picked up and received at our end, our sales team will inspect the product. Upon approval of the returned product we will initiate a refund to the same account from which the payment was made. The entire process of return takes 7 to 10 working days. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

8) For certain items such as custom products, products free of shipping charges (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods such as sanitary pad holders cannot be returned unless the product is damaged. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

9) Please note that sale items and purchases made on gift cards are not eligible for returns.

10) We do not provide the option for exchange of our products.

11) Please note that once your return product is approved by our team, we will initiate the refund from our end within 7 to 10 working days but the delay in crediting the money to your account from your bank will not be our responsibility as the process depends on the system of your bank. Return and Refund policy (For cash on delivery orders)

 

1) We have a 24 hours return policy for AArika products, starting from the time you receive your purchase. Once the order for a Cash-on-Delivery payment method is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled until the product is delivered to you.

2) A return/refund is only eligible if the product is defective or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. “Did not like the product” is a reason we do not entertain. Sizes of each of our products are also mentioned in our product specifications, we do not accept return requests claiming size issues.

3) For a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) payment method the packaging cannot be opened and the product cannot be used at the time of delivery with a motive to return the product on the spot. Also, For a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method the delivery executive will only provide the package on the receipt of the payment and will not be liable to take back the package once it is delivered.

It is also mandatory for you to make a video of the un-boxing of the Cash-on-Delivery product delivered and send it to us as a proof that the product received is damaged or wrong.

7) To initiate a return, please message us on 8445635177 or email us on aarikadecor@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the AArika Lifestyle products and within 48 Hours for products other than the Lifestyle products also mentioning the reason of return and details of where you would like your refund to be credited. We will schedule a pick up to the same address of delivery. Once the return has been picked up and received at our end, our sales team will inspect the product. Upon approval of the returned product we will initiate a refund to the account provided by the customer. The entire process of return takes 7 to 10 working days. Please note that items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

8) For return of a Cash-On-Delivery order, the processing fee charged is not refundable.

9) For certain items such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods such as sanitary pad holders cannot be returned. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

10) Please note that sale items and purchases made on gift cards are not eligible for returns.
